All About Chevy Hybrid Truck
By : Hesti Yanuarti
Environmental issue such as pollution and global warming have increasing concern as well as the price of gasoline that unbelievable rise. It is make hybrid vehicles are rise popularity. In for years, hybrid cars have reletively common with Hybrid Sport Utility Vehicles in close competition or how about hybrid trucks? However, all about this will change like General Motors, the automotive manufacturing.
GM introduce hybrid version of the Chevy Silverado and the GMC Sierra in Florida, California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Alaska in 2005. The company made the vehicles available in nation wide in 2006.These chevy hybrid truck having engines V-8 and 5.3 liter which have the same amount of tarque and power like non-hybrid counterparts.
Chevy hybrid truck can tow the same wights, accelerate to the same degree, can carry the same size loads that regular non-hybrid Chevy hybrid truck can.And of course these chevy hybrid truck do it all while provide the most efficient gas mileage of any trucks on market, its like about 20 miles per gallon on the highway. These chevy hybrid truck also feature a generator 2400 watt that gets 50 miles per gallon, 20 mpg not sound like much.
There are type of fuel savings is great, but it must be requires a significant compromise of power that the general trucks owner simply will not stand for.Work releted purpose have many trucks owners use their chevy hybrid truck and it is essential that a hybrid trucks be able to do this.
The customers will be disappear, if automotive manufactures sacrifice power to gain fuel economy in chevy hybrid truck. The Silverado, chevy hybrid truck should be available in the fall of 2008 but it is limited and makes its mass market debute in 2009 so they will be available for every buyer. While talk about completely changing around the stigma on trucks as gas guzzlers and turning them into more fuel efficient vehicles that will be great for the whole environment. And the hybrid car maybe will same with toyota hybrid.
The environment and chevy hybrid truck.
Global warming become increasing obvious that is clear the soon or leter something must be done with fossil fuel emission at levels of billions of ton per year.Scientist and researches try to find alternative fuel source but there simply was nothing as convenient as the old stand by oil.
Americans are loath to changing with the oil infrastructure is so vast and developed that become impossible to think of car without thinking of gasoline.A chevy hybrid truck might be more expensive, but the fuel savings will soon make it worthwhile.
And as a chevy hybrid truck technology improves the cost of these vehicles will no doubt be reduce, will be make the future a lot brighter and lot less sog for the next generation of Eartlings.

I think that the large hybrid trucks (Chevy and GMC pick-ups) may have been discontinued. Possibly due to low sales level and the financial challenges of the parent company. Has anyone else heard about this or know one way or another? I Googled on it but could not get a real clear answer.

GM already makes garner up mild hybrid and alcohol trucks. 50 grand for every other option minus four wheel drive and a solarise room.I can’t really say the aforementioned about the other deciding render technologies at this point.

The hybrid is a great concept, however if you have to have one repaired in an auto body shop, you will want to make sure you have good insurance coverage. A repair on any type of Hybrid can cost 2-3 times more if you have to remove the battery.
Food for Thought!

It’s the final frontier, making hybrid cars without losing power and torque needs a lot of commitment from the car industry, I really wish they can make it soon.

Hydrogen fuel cells are the way forward now. If only there were a decent, safe way to store the hydrogen. Thanks for the nice blog!
